The Fork & Edit Github on GitHub link works fine. Maybe you mean you want to it to link to somewhere other than the Issues page?

Could you please elaborate on what you mean about formatting errors, and offer other examples of what is "pretty broken"?

Thanks!

@mbgower The “fork and edit on github” button brings you to the issues page instead of forking the page and allowing you to edit its content, which is the behavior on any other WAI page. (I know, I implemented this.)

Could you please elaborate on what you mean about formatting errors, and offer other examples of what is "pretty broken"?

Spacing and formatting is broken in several places, including the box under “understanding requirement 1”. Line height is not correct, for example. Also, using the blockquote code and multiple paragraphs inserts quote marks, which are not correct in this context.

I'll have a look if I can de-crud-ify this page at some point...

The blockquote pseudo-element issue came up again recently and impacts more than this one page, so I've logged a dedicated issue for it at #4134.
