I have some doubts. When I apply for DIDs, how can I communicate with DIDs applied through different institutions?

@liwh1227 this is an interesting consideration, however, perhaps a bit too vague to write a PR against.

What type of language do you expect to be added to address this? Let us know if you would like to discuss it on an upcoming call.
