Based on current classified items (if these sections are some sort of classes for their items) it should belong to the "Shape generators" (xxx -> shapes), not to the "Shape convertors" (shapes -> xxx).

And rudof-convert should be in both sections.

It looks like we are doing some sort of ad-hoc classification with list sections. It may be helpful to add some clarifications about classification rules in the beginning of the most inconvenient sections.

Something like this (initial "could be wrong" suggestion).

Shape convertors

Software that transforms shapes into descriptions in other notations or languages (e.g. OWL, XSD, JSON Schema, UML, types in programming languages), including shapes to shapes conversion (e.g. SHACL->ShEx or vice versa).

Shape generators

Software that reads descriptions in non-shapes notations or languages (e.g. OWL, XSD, JSON Schema) and generates shapes.

@amivanoff "generator" also means "from the structure of an RDF graph" (shape induction). Eg Hanami (a commercial tool).
Make a PR for these section descriptions and I'll add a bit.
