submit a root awesome-semantic-web list

I searched for "sparql, ontolog, shacl" in https://www.trackawesomelist.com/search/ , and although there are a few matches, there isn't any awesome list included.

• So I think that in addition to our own awesome-semantic-shapes, we should do the community a service and submit a root-level list
• It could be a new https://github.com/w3c-cg/awesome-semantic-web-lists
• Or it could be the existing https://github.com/semantalytics/awesome-semantic-web : see section https://github.com/semantalytics/awesome-semantic-web#other-awesome
• @zacharywhitley is your list formatted according to requirements at sindresorhus/awesome (the awesome list of lists)?
• @amivanoff a lot of the individual lists are not formatted, will that block our PR for the root list?
• I think we should insert it in https://github.com/sindresorhus/awesome#computer-science, right after "Data science"
