To submit your application to the International Winter School on Humanoid Robot Programming you have to complete the steps detailed below.

Create your GitHub account

If you're not a GitHubber yet, please sign up for GitHub :octocat: (it's free). We're going to use GitHub and GitHub Education extensively during the school for hosting code and material so as collaborating all together ✨

Thus, provide a full profile 👤 detailing your:

  • Name
  • Surname
  • Institution
  • Email (can be kept hidden)
  • Picture (not mandatory, but we appreciate it 😉)
  • Bio (again not mandatory, but appreciated)

⚠️ Make sure the email you provide is active. GitHub will send you notifications 🔔

Submit your application

Once you have a GitHub account, please do the following:

  • 🔘 Click on this invitation link (only once).
  • ✅ Accept the assignment. A new private repository 🔒 will be assigned to you, containing an exact copy of these instructions. You will receive an email when the repository is ready.
  • 👀 Read our Privacy Policy carefully since you are requested to give your consent to processing your personal data.
  • 📝 Fill in the Application Form with your data.
  • 🔼 Upload the requested files in the directory ./uploads.

⚠️ Documents can be updated until the deadline, therefore we strongly suggest that you get familiar with the procedure and start uploading the material a few days before the deadline.

🤔 For any questions or problems with the application process, do not hesitate to contact us by posting an issue 👋 to your new repository and/or dropping an email ✉ to our mailing list.
