Describe the bug

VCC is stating that I have installed version 2022.3.22f1 on my PC, even though is not there, and it's making all my projects unusable. this problem also does the thing "whenever I change the version of it, to 2022.3.6f1 it doesn't launch and only opens the menu of unity. IDK how to fix this

To Reproduce

theres no way to eplxplain how to get this problem, just one day trying to do the same project its just happended

Expected behavior

it would not let you upload any avatars or anything at all

I've already uninstalled everything, from unity and VCC to see if that would fix the problem, but that did nothing... help please

Hey!
Can you open settings and show the list of Unity Editors it reports as installed?
