Frame UX/UI improvements

For this MVP, I propose to improve slightly the userflow from our frame with the feedback received by the users:

1. Improve the first image and make it dynamic:

• Show the remaining time in hours
• Show the type of census

2. Show results directly in these cases:

• If the vote is cast → Show the results image with a message on top saying that the vote has been cast (we'll have to inject the current user vote in order to show it "live").
• If the user already voted → Show the results image with a message on top saying that the user already voted.
• If the user has their vote delegated → Show the results image with a message on top saying that the user can't vote because they delegate their vote.

3. If the vote already ended

• Show the results page, with a tag saying that the vote already ended, with three buttons in the Frame: [Check more → to the poll page], [Create a poll] and [Explorer]

We'll need updated design, @ferranrego will work on them.
