Access forgedTransmitsInherited, macChangesInherited and allowPromiscuousInherited attributes for virtual portgroups

Hi,
I am trying to access the above attributes for every virtual portgroup. I am not able to access it in the security policy in pyvmomi but it can be accessible in PowerCLI. Am I missing out on something or is the feature not available?
