k8s version compatibility matrix

Hello,

Both Velero and Kubernetes are moving targets from a versioning perspective.

I've poured through the release notes and while there are mentions of compatibility improvements for newer versions of Kubernetes, it's unclear what versions of Velero are incompatible with what versions of Kubernetes.

Is there a version compatibility matrix somewhere?

The specific question I'm trying to answer right now is what Velero versions are compatible with k8s 1.15, but a fuller version compatibility matrix will be useful going forward as I try to catch up to the latest k8s.
