Discrepancies between available locales and the documentation.

There are inconsistencies between the supported languages specified in the documentation and those actually available in the library.

Unsupported languages include Lithuanian or Norwegian, despite them being mentioned in the docs. On the other hand, Japanese is fully supported, even though it is missing from the list.

Example on JSFiddle includes a list of locales with annotations as to whether they work or not.
