Timeline adjust the step of dragging

Hi there,

First of all, thank you for the great library.
I am using it and wanted to ask if there is already something existing that I can't find out.

In this demo I can drag item, but the timeline allows me to stop in the middle between 2 hours. For example If I start dragging Order 0 I can stop the end of the item at 17:30 or 18:30.
Is there a way that I can control this, so I can say for example when dragging the only option to stop is on a round hour, not in the middle.
