Error while creating custom horizontal scroll function.

timeline.setWindow({
        start: range.start.valueOf() - interval * percentage,
       end: range.end.valueOf() - interval * percentage,
      });

This is part of code I am using to create a horizontal scroll button. However I am getting the following error.

(property) TimelineWindow.start: Date
Expected 2-4 arguments, but got 1.ts(2554)
[index.d.ts(704, 30): ]()An argument for 'end' was not provided.

Even though the end property has been defined it still gives me this error. I am not sure how I should resolve this. I have tried putting end as null and removing null altogether.

I am using the following versions
