THE BIGGER THE SIZE,THE MORE TIME YOU HAVE TO WAIT File size more then 2gb won't be downloaded due to telegram policy

special ffmpeg for this build- [https://github.com/mastermindvrtx/Spotify-Heroku-Buildpack.git]

pip3 install -r requirements.txt

How to setup on heroku

Create a telegram bot using bot father
Create account on heroku.com
