VE.Bus: Peak shaving current limit setting affects input current limit settings #1391

When the peak shaving current limit is used the set value shows up in the AC input current limit setting and prevents the user from setting that setting to a higher value.

How?:
The peak shaving current limit writes to mk2-dbus /Hub4/Lx/OverruledShoreLimit. -> The ESS assistant temporarily overwrites the active current limit and communicates this back in the AC info frame -> AC input current limit setting shows the peak shaving current limit,

Work around: Disable the peak shaving, wait a minute (there is a 60 second time out on the overruled shore limit, then adjust their AC input limit, and then they can re-enable peak shaving.
