Add Taiwan Traditional Chinese (zh-TW) Variant

Is "Bonjourr" able to add Taiwan Traditional Chinese (zh-TW) variant into localizations?

Is there a lot of changes to be made compared to the Hong-Kong traditional Chinese ? To my knowledge and the zh-HK contributor's knowledge, both variants are similar enough to be understood by both. Is it true ?

Both Taiwan and Hong Kong use Traditional Chinese, but due to Taiwan’s customary use of Taiwanese Mandarin and Hong Kong uses of Cantonese, there are still differences in some terms. There are also differences when using sentences to explain the same thing. Such as the term "customized" in the "Setting" Menu uses "自定義" in HK Traditional Chinese, however, it should be used "自訂" in Taiwan Traditional Chinese, and the term "text" uses "文本" in HK Traditional Chinese, and it should be "文字" in Taiwan Traditional Chinese".

I was debating with myself if I should add a full translation or try to add a variant system where a translation would inherit from another one 🤔

Since this is an isolated case, I'll simply add the full zh_TW translation for the next update !
