I'm trying to run electrum-vtc locally, and I run into the following error:
TypeError: Descriptors cannot not be created directly.
The internet elsewhere suggests that I downgrade protobuf to an earlier version, however when I do I run into:
SyntaxError: multiple exception types must be parenthesized
I'm running python 3.10.9 on an M2 Mac for reference. Any ideas on how to fix this?
