Market depth API is showing price levels that have no volume #11674

It seems like in the post-AMM world the market depth API is showing every price level in the AMM even if there is no volume at that level.

We should not be showing anything in the API if there is no actual volume at that price level.

In theory this is fixed by #11667

So retest once tag is out and close
