Is there a way to link arbitrary files to Powers?

I'm loving the Powers feature! I'm wondering if there's a way to link a non-php file to a Power. Like javascript or styles or images. I know that I can attach files to components, but I'd love a way I could group Powers and related files together.

At the moment I'm going to compromise by creating a Library with the static /media files, and use Powers for the /libraries files. Then I just have to remember to add them to projects together.

I am still interested in this though! In the Libraries section, when you try to select the libraries folder as a target it says:

We are working on this feature it is not yet ready, but soon enough you will be able to build real Joomla library integration here.

Powers kind of feel like the realization of that goal, but are separate from Libraries so I can't bundle /media files and /libraries files together into one package of related functionality.

Edit: I realized that you can totally bundle /media and /libraries files together. You can just add local files in the Library and set the folders to /libraries and /media. I'm not going to do that because the Powers section is better and want to keep working in it, but this is a solution. I'll mark this as the answer, but if anyone has more input I am open to it!
