Can't see Veloedit #13

After installing VeloEdit via Marketplace and restarting Eclipse, the "open with" window doesn't show VeloEdit:

but VeloEdit appears in the "Installed" section of Marketplace:

Using Oxygen.2 Release (4.7.2) on Mac.
