后台关闭游客上传后，建议游客在点上传按钮时，文件这个区域就提示游客不能上传？而不是让游客点了上传，选了文件后才提示上传失败？感觉这样用户体验更好点。

另，关闭游客上传时，文件上传与分享文本能分开权限吗？就是想关闭文件游客上传，但游客可以文字分享。
