Make responsive cards in next/contributors-site

Currently each card is shown in one horizontal block (kind of a list).

The page needs to be responsive for the cards. By that we mean if there are more cards than what can fit in one horizontal line next cards should move to next horizontal block.

I checked that there is a fork of @vardhanapoorv 's repo in @NovaHelm, but we are not the maintainers of that repository, so we cannot assign you a issue in their repository.

I build and compile the Next Project but there are only two pages with no cards in it, could you please tell me where are the cards that need to be made responsive?
