The problem/use-case that the feature addresses
We currently do not have unified workflow to perform release, post-release activities for Valkey release.

Description of the feature
Implement workflows to automatically publish new releases to containers, generate artifacts, and update website after a new a release is created.

One-click automation for Valkey OSS releases will help to,

• Save time and reducing human error in the release process
• Ensure consistency and reliability across all releases
• Enable faster and more frequent release cycles (as needed)
• Automate website, documentation updates like changelogs and version numbers
• Simplify multi-platform builds and artifact distribution

Since Valkey inherits from Redis OSS 7.2, there are some release files under folder utils\releasetools, but I think we need to use a Valkey website to replace "[email protected]:/var/www/download/releases/".
