[BUG] Cleanup/Add reference document links for commands

Describe the bug

Commands have reference links to document(s) to explain the internals/architecture behind the scene. Currently, those are dead links. The links should be either removed or similar documents be added on valkey website.

Example:

https://d18m7x5q574jh8.cloudfront.net/commands/subscribe/ has a link to https://d18m7x5q574jh8.cloudfront.net/docs/interact/pubsub/ which doesn't exist(s).
