Add some shortcuts to facilitate quickly executing some common actions.

Callsign:

middle click: open in simaware, new tab
Ctrl+right click to remove, even if not gray (equivalent of select-->plan options-->delete).

Route:

Ctrl+left click to copy FRD + route to clipboard
middle click: open SkyVector in new tab
Ctrl+right click to reset any route amendments and use the network flight plan route

Route Menu:

Ctrl+left click FRD to behave just like left click FRD (to match the above patterns)
