When preprocessing data, an error related to the h5 data processing tool occurs

Traceback revealed:ValueError: Unknown compression filter number: 32001

I don't know how to solve this, I ' ve checked blosc lib but no updates were found that conflict with the current deployment, I strictly followed the installation requirements and order of conda and pip.
