I do think that will be quite hard as many aspects are really tailored to neighbourhoods. From some experience I know that offices and industrial facilities have quite different patterns and flexibility. Especially industry is hard to model in a generic way. Although it would be possible, I believe that other models in literature would be more advantageous since most of the code would need to be rewritten anyhow.
However, we are working in a couple of research projects with industrial sites in which modelling of industrial sites becomes important. Perhaps we can share knowledge, theories and ideas (especially with my PhD students) on this subject.
I am looking at generating energy profiles for offices, apartments and then industrial facilities.
I do not have much data for these profiles, is this code easily extendable to these cases?
