0.27.0 version, can not auto import element-plus

Describe the bug

use 0.27.0, auto import faile, use 0.26.0 is success.
But, same project, same node version, in my computercan't work, on other computer can.
I have try use three computer test, only my computer can appear.
Copy an entire project from someone else's computer, includes node_modules, failed.
I saw someone else on the issue:
