Arcade Account for Burners

Clone the Arcade Account contract
Deploy burners using the Arcade Account
Create a system call to get the Master Account of an Arcade Account
Create a system call to get the Arcade Accounts of a Master Account

Extras:

Incorporate Argent Session Keys to be able to use the Account from the bot
Add a flag to invalidate/block the account
