Hi, is this plugin actively maintained?
Just a few questions, perhaps someone can help out:

It is possible to have a long running instance on Android as a foregroundservice?
Is a real "monitoring" implemented, to detect whether a given region was entered or exited? This is necessary to use it in iOs in background because then ranging can be started for a few seconds.
