Bot builder: missing blocks?

It looks like some of the blocks that were demonstrated during the demo/shown in the slides are not available in the current version, specifically Switch[Input/Cases/Default] and Next available time[Resource].

I had removed the switch and case block because you expressed that they were too technical. I reincluded them in the project. The next available time block is under the calendar section. That section is only available if your BlockBot account is connect to a Google account.

For context, with the example project inaccessible, just couldn't figure out how to build something non-trivial, looked at the slides, noticed the discrepancy, and thought "maybe this is why."
