Fix bug: A back to list button in all dispensing units

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Please login to the system using the link "https://icare.dhis2.udsm.ac.tz/" (username: admin, password: admin123).
2. Go to 'Dispensing'
3. Click on 'Pharmacy'
4. Then click on a tab 'to dispense or to tab "Already dispensed."
5. Click one of the patient name,
6. Then, click on Back to list to see other name
7. See error

Expected behavior
An expectation of a user is to view other patient names in the current list of to dispense or already dispensed instead of going back to list of "to be dispensed.". The system cannot remember the active tab used by a user.
