Something to note, SV type INV is deprecated in MANTA > 1.4..0. Instead BND is used with 4 corresponding entries referring to the same event ID in later versions of MANTA.

For processing of INV like other vcf files and per the 4.2 vcf file specification MANTA provides a script that can be used on the VCF in post to add the "INV" category back to the VCF
