Modernization pass: decaffeinate, update MWDK and dependencies #8

Word Guess is quite old, and while it does include a webpack config, it should really be updated with the following:

Decaffeinate coffeescript back into regular javascript. This is relatively straightforward thanks to eponymous tools like decaffeinate.
Remove unnecessary node dependencies and update the rest.
Update Word Guess to use the most recent version of the MWDK and update the webpack config to support it.
