Feature Request: Add build-iso workflow

Purpose

Allow a simple workflow to create ISOs from their custom container image.

Scope

1. Should only upload to Github Artifacts by default
2. Include instructions on how to upload to external S3 cloud resources

Hello! I am trying to use the bazzite build-iso workflow but it fails on with this error:

mv: cannot move '/' to '/home/runner/work/edublue/edublue/upload': Device or resource busy
Error: Process completed with exit code 1.

I am unsure why as I just copied the bazzite workflow and it doesn't have this problem.

Hi there, I apologize for not getting back to you on this issue. I hope you were able to get the answer you needed at some point. I am going to take some time and work on getting an ISO workflow added as well as a video to accompany how to properly use this repo. Life has been very busy for me, but now I think I can sit down and finish what I started.

I did manage to work out how to make the ISO workflow functional. All I did was made it upload the whole repo instead of moving the ISO into a folder and uploading that folder.

Whenever the main images start using the official fedora-bootc images (ublue-os/main#669) we should highly consider using bootc image builder for this
