OS completely ignores my integrated GPU

Describe the bug

I try to use my iGPU, but I fail regardless of what I do. Even running a program by prefixing my iGPU's environment variable does not work. It runs on my dGPU instead.

What did you expect to happen?

I expected to see activity on my iGPU when prefixing my Steam install with the environment variable.
