We should enable conversation incentives on GitHub Discussions by default. Technically we can simulate this behavior by creating a new issue and setting
Price: 0 USDBut it might seem more natural to have these conversations on GitHub Discussions instead of setting a price tag as a hack.
It would require adding a new event listener to the bot for discussions on closed event.
