  • remove all code related to /allow command
  • always undo priority and price class label changes (add or remove) from collaborators EXCEPT if they are an admin/billing manager.
  • perhaps label classes should be configurable, with ours being the default, so that projects can design their own label systems.

This is a capability we need for some new hires, also this should really simplify this codebase.
