Change the deploy script to use action-deploy-plugin

If there is a warning there, two reasons:

• either the default is missing

• either the plugin has not be recompiled and the manifest is not up to date

Values with defaults do not produce such warnings.

Edit: I checked the repo and realized that this plugin do not use our org official build action

should be using action-plugin-deploy (which is why the manifest is wrong).
