Our migration tool helps to port core Magento 2 data only, as indicated here.

Migrating extensions' data is a separated task which is beyond scope of our migration tool. It would be best to check with your extension providers to see if they're ready for Magento 2 though.

Meanwhile, as you might know, we no longer maintain the outdate script at Github, and replace it with a newer UB Data Migration Pro here.
