Add Drag & Draw Rectangle mode

Feature request

Adding a drag-and-draw rectangle mode will be intuitive, similar to how we have a drag-and-draw polygon mode.

Background

You can check out leaflet-draw, the drag-and-draw flow of drawing a rectangle feels more natural to the user. For a polygon, two-click to draw a polygon makes more sense, however for rectangle it feels more clicks to actually get what we need to do.
