ublas_feature0006_c_blas_interface

This is the branch of the "ublas performance library" GSOC 2013 project. The aim of the project is to provide an optimal and high performing C (and maybe fortran) compatible BLAS 1,2 and 3 interface. This will allow uBLAS to become a drop-in replacement for any project that is using BLA Subprograms.
