[BUG]: Updated Possibly gamebreaking Flight Bug

Describe the issue in detail.

I was driving a classic jeep with someone in the passenger seat but they left, we also has a trophy of her in the car and after they left the trophy took their place and sat in the seat clipping in into the seat, when i grabbed the trophy with the staff and sat in the seat it allowed me to fly easily will easy control and fast speed. i could sit in the seat that the trophy was in proving the trophy was sat in the seat. I tried putting another trophy in the driver seat and it worked, but when i respawned the car the trophies no longer sat in the seats until someone sat down and left again.
