Currently, there's a risk that we change something in e.g. "Release" workflow that will lead to inconsistency with the YAML, e.g. some value. Then, we'll learn about the discrepancy once the Release workflow runs - it's pretty late. It would be good to prevent such changes, i.e run consistency checks for all existing workflows with every change.
