Please remove this outdated mirror

Hello,

Could you please remove this outdated mirror? We noticed that Dependabot seems to default to this package repository instead of public NPM for @types/* if repository is configured to use private GitHub packages.

Of course proper fix needs to be done to dependabot dependabot/dependabot-core#10227 but also I don't see any reason to keep this outdated mirror around

I'll archive this repo, but it's a separate task to delete the packages. We are checking with the github package team to see whether we can delete still-downloaded packages: there is some (zombie?) usage of @types/node, for example.
