Consensus? - Trackpad issues during click and drag

Apologies for not following the format, I think it's not relevant here.

I am using the exact same trackpad/input kexts from the latest version of this repo, as is. I'm on Ventura. I have issues where I want to select text or move files, while click and dragging. It "unclicks" and clicks again randomly while dragging. I thought that would be either normal or user-error, but I've read lots of reports of the same problem for the X1C6. In most cases, different versions/permutations of kexts seem to fix the issue.

My question: is there a consensus on what's the best combination? For those who had similar issues, have you find a fix? If so, how?
