Bug type

Error at runtime

App version

5.4.0

Device environment

Fairphone 4, /e/OS 1.21.1-s (android 12)

Bug description

I set up 2FAS app and browser plugin. After connecting mobile device with browser extension (firefox), I try to log into different accounts (each present in 2FAS app). When prompted for 2fa, pressing the extension button gives a message as it should. However, on the mobile device no request for allowing/denying the connection arrives.

Solution

No response

Additional context

I fear this might be caused by /e/os and how it may handle app push notifications but I am not sure.

After updating /e/os to version 2, it works.

You'd have to ask the team (though they aren't responsive on GitHub)
