모달 컴포넌트에서 무한 렌더링이 발생하고 있음.
모달 컴포넌트의 상태들을 전역적으로 관리하고 있는데
상태를 바꾸면서 재렌더링이 발생하는 것 같아 리팩토링 진행 중.
