When I have OmniCC enabled it is automatically untick option after logout "Show Numbers on Cooldowns" in Blizzard UI option
I believe its happening since last update.

When I turn omnicc off its ok.

Other addons I am using:
Capping
ThreatPlates
Clique
Bigdebuff
ATT

This is intentional, as OmniCC handles this functionality instead.
