Solokey v2 hacker(USB C) not detected in Thinkpad X13 archlinux #12

(I initially asked for help by sending email to [email protected] but they replied to ask me posting this here)

I have received Solokey v2 hackers(USB C) but it's not detected properly in archlinux. it's not shown in lsusb and solo ls and it's not even shown in /dev. However, the key still react when I press it(blue color).

My systemd version is 250 so it should work out of the box? Please help
