How to have a memory limit #159

When running a TSG over a huge file, the resulting graph can be massive.

I can use the Cancellation mechanism to have a timeout, but I'm not sure if I could have a memory-usage based Cancellation.

Is there a way I could abort the TSG if it's growing too much?
